DigitalFlux Podcast Volume 003

This time, emphasis is placed on artists who are primarily melodic and textural. The music may not always be conventional, but cohesion is met by the evocation of distant places, hard to reach memories, and warm emotion.

In this realm of flux, dancing is what the mind does. We ease into contemplation, refreshing our sensual pallete without overindulging in hyper consciousness. Sometimes the most productive states lie between passive and active thought. That is where we wish to take you for the next hour or so.

DigitalFlux Podcast Volume 002

DigitalFlux Podcast Logo

Nova child presents episode 2 of Digital Flux.

This time, we explore music from Mosaik, an electronic artist based in Stockholm, Sweden. Then, we detour with Japanese Dubstep artist, Dubjapanesque, hop back to the U S with Novachild's ambient-infused IDM before landing in Europe to visit Swiss artist Funkwerk, bringing 8bit minimal to new heights.

Next, we visit the Plains of Kansas by way of London artist Tano Iozzi. Then, we trek to Australia to hear Seagram Murals' brand of ambient IDM before returning to London. There, RPZ's signature tribal ambience sweeps us to Africa and Tibet. Next, we return to the u s to highlight Macgregor Oi's unique brand of psychadelic minimal.

Finally, our musical travels bring us to Chili's downtempo artist Kinack, who leads our imaginations to Argentina via emotive, lush guitars, playful arpeggiations and gentle bells.
