Tulsa area artists are pleased to announce the Second Annual Blue Dome Festival, a complement to Mayfest, Many worthy Tulsa artists are denied jury to the highly-competitive national/international Mayfest event. Tulsa patrons and collectors want to support Tulsa artists, and now they can, in one convenient location!

Michael Sager, of Blue Dome LLC, has graciously donated the Blue Dome district for this 2nd annual event, 2st Street and Elgin. The five-lane street will be closed to local traffic and opened to Tulsa artists and guests during Mayfest.

Various media presented include, ceramic, painting, glass, wood, metal, soaps, herbs, and textiles. T shirts and posters are now available for purchase.

On opening night, May 20, from 6:00 PM till 9:00 PM, exhibiting artists and sponsors will provide wine and munchies for Blue Dome Festival guests.

'Twas loads of fun. And I got a tee-shirt too! As long as they are holding this festival, I think I will continue to be involved in it in some capacity.
