Doug Wead - A Fraud?

Mere hours after releasing an hours worth of recordings of then Govnernor Bush, Doug Wead has regrets?
What other reason would he have for turning the remaining (unpublicized) tapes over to Bush instead of to a public source? What is he hiding? The fact that he says he's a friend of the Pres has me worried about his motives.
