If you were a lying, hypocritical, failure of a human being and the entire world caught you in the act of being yourself, what's the best way to go to work the next day?
Why, get rid of all the intelligent, smart, critical people that have pointed out all of your mistakes and replace them with blind, conservative yes men that will make you feel so much better about yourself.
Then watch as the world collapses beneath your feet.
